The course offers training for 3fold wellness coaching. Wellness coaching fast tracks awakening of the will to be well. You will understand the spiritual, psychological and physical aspect of mental and physical illness in our time. You will become familiar with modalities that can be helpful in regaining recovery and balance, but more importantly how to to access your own direct knowledge of recovery. Coaching is client centred and results in expansion of consciousness as well as patient strength of will  for both the coach and the one coached.
